The location has free parking and is convenient for Thame, Haddenham and the surrounding villages.
Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment and ring the doorbell. Please do not arrive early as I cannot let you in due to being with the previous patient. Thank you!
Please note: I do not have a waiting room and you have to walk up my drive and along a piece of decking to get to the therapy room, so I am sorry that I cannot offer appointments to people with low mobility or who have a high risk of falling, for safety reasons.
Charges and Cancellation Fees
£55 for first, hour-long appointment. This includes assessment, treatment and rehab exercises if they are needed
£45 for 40 minutes - follow up session for an issue or injury, or for a general, maintenance appointment
£55 for 50 minutes - to look at a new issue (assessment, treatment, rehab exercises) OR for a longer session if you'd like more treatment time for a follow-up or maintenance appointment
You can pay by card or in cash.
There is no charge if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice you will be asked to pay 100% of the fee.

Private Medical Insurance
You may be able to claim for your treatment if you have cash plan medical insurance. Please check before your appointment whether you are covered for sports and remedial massage as all policies vary.
For medical insurance plans where the insurer pays directly for your treatment (BUPA, Aviva etc) you will not be able to claim for soft tissue treatment. I have been through the claims process for several patients, to try to get insurers to pay. They never do, although they sometimes tell you, the patient, that they will pay. Sorry!
