Location and Appointments:

Move Well Massage is based in Haddenham (South Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire border), convenient for Thame, Haddenham, Chinnor, Princes Risborough, Aylesbury and surrounding villages.

Appointments are available weekdays and Saturday mornings at:

Charges / Private Medical Insurance

£42 for 60 minutes/initial consultation
£32 for 40 minutes

Payment accepted in cash/by cheque.
For your first appointment we require an hour as we need to go through medical details and your injury/pain history. Coming for an hour allows sufficient treatment time as well.
I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy - all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice require full payment.

Refer a friend discount: if you recommend a friend to me and they book an appointment I give you 10% off your next treatment as a thank you.

Because I am a member of the Sports Massage Association and the CNHC, you may be able to claim for treatment on your private medical insurance. Please check with your insurer - some policies cover sports massage treatment.

I first visited Viv after sustaining a running injury. I had tried to 'run through' the injury but it had got worse over several months. After seeing Viv and following the exercises she recommended, the injury had gone within 2 weeks. Viv is dedicated, caring and professional. She really listens to what you say and works with you.
